Mrs. Lane’s Culinary 1 class has participated in a Wok-Around the World activity. In this activity the students researched a country and prepared a popular dish from the country they picked and presented it to visitors. Phillip Pozzuto, Hayley Hamilton, and Kacie Dotson chose Japan. From this country they decided to prepare a Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Kabob. Caitlin Powell and Kayla Hockensmith chose Ireland and chose to prepare Corned Beef Hash.
