All first-year superintendents are required to participate in and successfully complete the assessment center process.Mullins successfully completed the program during the 2013-14 school year, culminating with his capstone presentation to the Garrard County Board of Education on May 20, 2014.“The training I received this past year as a new superintendent was critical to my ability to carry out the important work our school board and leadership team are undertaking each day on behalf of our students,” Mullins said. “This is a great program, and it helped me tremendously as I took on the many challenges faced by a new superintendent.”
