Five area high schools (Buckeye, Camp Dick Robinson, Lancaster. Paint Lick and Mason) consolidated when Garrard County High School was built in 1963-64. We currently have approximately 801 students, three administrators, one counselor and 50 teachers. Kentucky Tech vocational school shares our campus and we house a state-of-the-art greenhouse. You can earn a Commonwealth, Advanced College Prep, Basic College Prep or Standard diploma. Several AP classes are offered. The Garrard County athletic program offers football, basketball, baseball, cross country, track, softball, golf, tennis, soccer, swimming, volleyball and cheerleading. Students can also join numerous clubs and the academic team. Class officers and student council members are selected by popular vote. |
