They provide support by backing up our Cafeteria Managers any time they are absent from our kitchens. Each of these valuable individuals has been acting as a back-up to their kitchen manager for at least the past 5 years. This dependable support takes an enormous amount of stress and pressure off the Food Service Management Team. It enables our Nutrition Managers to attend conferences for training or take a sick day and still be confident the students are taken care of. They can be sure that their back-up will run the meal service smoothly in their absence and ensure that the daily deposit is taken to the bank. Thank you, Ladies.
