Today our sweet MSD kiddos enjoyed a wonderful day filled with smiles, laughter, and fall fun at Eckert’s Orchard! 🍏🎃
A HUGE thank you to First Southern Bank for sponsoring our t-shirts — they made our little Leopards look extra sharp in green and white while they explored and learned! 💚🤍
We are so proud of our students and grateful for the community partners who help make days like this possible. 🐆💚

Thank you for helping us celebrate and honor our heroes. 💚🤍
The excitement is building as ALL our schools join forces for a district-wide spirit spectacular! 🌟 Our hallways will be bursting with energy as students and staff show their Garrard County pride in matching dress-up themes each day.
Talk about unity in our community! 💫 When you see students from different schools rocking the same spirit wear, you'll know we're all part of one big, awesome Garrard County family! 🎨
Stay tuned for daily dress-up details - it's going to be a week to remember! #GarrardCountyPride #Homecoming ✨

As a gentle reminder, if you happen to save a picture that includes other students, we kindly ask that you do not post their faces on social media. You’re welcome to cover them with a small heart or sticker if you’d like. This is simply out of respect for their families.
We love all of our little Leopards, and their safety will always be our top priority. Thank you so much for helping us keep every child safe! 🐆💚🤍

Justice Gamble was caught helping Mrs Karen with her morning chores. He was sad and wanted to go home but after he got to do some work helping around the school his pride for the school overtook his sadness and he's a happy fella now. We love it when our students take pride in our school! Thank you to Mrs. Karen and to Justice for keeping our school looking top notch!

We welcome Kindergarten-2nd grade grandparents (limit 2) to join us for a light breakfast on Tuesday September 9, 2025 from 9-10am.
Then, on Thursday September 11, 2025 from 9-10am we invite all 3rd-5th grandparents to join us to celebrate with your students.
In the past, having all grades at the same time becomes too chaotic because we have such an amazing turn out. This year we decided to make it more special by splitting it into two separate days. We hope this proves to be much more organized and enjoyable then years past.

Please fill out the form to let us know whether or not your student will have someone who will attend our Grandparents day event on Tuesday next week.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
At Lancaster Elementary, we are committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of every student. As part of this commitment, our school counselor provides a variety of services including:
• Individual counseling (short-term, one-on-one support)
• Small group counseling (students with similar needs working together)
• Classroom and lunch bunch sessions (building social skills, friendships, and problem-solving
strategies)
These services are designed to help students build confidence, improve peer relationships, and develop positive coping skills. Counseling at school is short-term and solution-focused. It is not a substitute for outside therapy, but rather a way to help students succeed during the school day.
